6th Consortium Meeting in Bielefeld, Germany
On 12-13thSeptember 2019, the GITA Consortium met in Bielefeld, Germany for the 6thPartnership Meeting. The aim of this meeting was to review the progress from each consortium member and the plan for GITA National Association. This meeting was preceded with 2 workshops, which are HEI-Enterprise Cooperation led by FHM and Incubation Participant Management Exchange led by UIBK. In the HEI-Enterprise Cooperation workshop, partners discussed the main success factors and challenges faced by the Indonesian partners. Furthermore, in the Incubation Participant Management Exchange, all partners were asked to present their incubator activity after the 5thpartnership meeting in Malang. Following the presentation, UIBK created a database that shows a list of the different types of activities that the Indonesian partners have completed, and it identifies which Universities have donewhich activities. This allow partners to find who to ask for support and allows partners to share best practice.
In this meeting, partners discussed about the findings from the meetings with the Indonesian partners in June, the report of 3rdadvisory group meeting that took place in May, the result of HEI Employer engagement, the overall evaluation from the steering group, and immediate actions that need to be done in the effort to disseminate the project. After that, Nadine Sulkowski (Project Coordinator) led the discussion for the National Association. She and all the partner talked about the vision and plan for the association, also possibility of the legal form and accreditation scheme. The meeting was closed by the information of the next meeting, which will be held on November 2019 in Semarang, Indonesia.
