Heart diseases and stroke, as cardiovascular diseases, have become the number one cause of death in the world. These diseases affect more than 17,3 million people each year. September 29th is commemorated as World Heart Day with a message that encourages people to connect and spread awareness about cardiovascular diseases, how to prevent and treat them. This campaign helps us, our loved ones, and also the communities that we’re in to have a chance of living life to the fullest with a healthy heart.
