iHiLead consortium commenced the 5-day research meeting through TEAMS platform on 7 July 2021. The research meeting discussed about the (Higher Education Leadership Management) HELM Programmed in UOG as best practice. During this session, David, the lead of iHiLead, shared the objective, structure, pedagogy, and the impact of the HELM Programme. In this session, David stressing on the importance of exploration and reflection by the participant during the programme. The Indonesian partners were unanimously considering to adopt the HELM curriculum because it was comprehensive.
The next session discussed about The Higher Education Leadership Qualities and Skills (HELQS) Framework. In this session, David explained the competencies and quality skill-set that a manager should possess. Also, how those competencies assessed and reviewed. The discussion for both session were interesting and help the Indonesian partner to build their own Leadership and Management Programme (LMDP).
